Refund policy

We want you to love your new Splash Place Swim Goggles! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase we do offer returns or exchange.

Returns:

We accept returns or exchange for up to 30 days from your original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in all the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase. Please contact us to start the return process before sending your product back. 

Refunds: 
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund to your original payment method minus any shipping costs. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Defective:

If you believe your product is defective please email us so we can determine the best next steps.
